  • Chocolate has been a good 'friend' over the years,we've been through relationships,break-ups,marriage,divorce it's the one thing I can always rely on to make me feel good.

Now if I could only stop at 1 bar (BOGOF's are great-except you eat twice as much)!
    I'm a chocoholic and I need help.................

  • They say sex releases the same feel good chemicals into the brain as chocolate if that's of any use!

At one point (in a previous existence) i would even eat cooking chocolate if I was desperate for a fix and thats all we had in the house BUT now I don't eat foods with sugar in and I have found that I have lost the craving for anything sweet including chocolate.

You can actually retrain your palate by abstaining - after two or three days of choccy craving...the urge will subside.

Move over from the sugary stuff to the proper dark chocolate.
Try the Lidl 70% stuff. It's about 70p per massive bar and you can't eat more than 3 sections until the bitterness is too much.
    I love it.
    Happy chappy

Have you tried Ex-Lax? A bit more expensive but two or three bars should cure your addiction;)

PS I should buy a few rolls of Tesco Value Toilet Rolls at the same time:rolleyes:
