Barclays won't update credit file.

Didn't know whether to post this here or on Bankruptcy board.

I was made bankrupt on 06/12/2007, since then I've tried to clear up my credit file.. every one of them has been done now, apart from my old Barclays current account.

It is still showing a current balance of £4,842 overdrawn.

I have written to them 3 times and included a copy of my bankruptcy discharge letter, but nothing, no reply, no requests and no updated credit file.

I'm not sure what else to do now?

Also, it's just got a lot of 'Not Updated' signs..

If your letter was like the one in post 2 and they haven't done anythign about it then I think you'll need to complain to the ICO.

No, I haven't sent that letter yet, thank you for the link, I'm going to send that now and set a reminder on my phone for 28 days so that I follow it up.
