Haha! What's this??

So today's saga doesn't end here... I've got home, checked my post and I've had a letter from a DCA, saying that a debt of £15 has been passed to them as I didn't pay for my credit card protection in October 05!

I haven't used the card since October 05 when I went overlimit! Halifax know about my situation... what the hell is this letter about? Is someone taking the mick??

I thought it was some spammy letter at first, a massive pack came through saying 'Important documents enclosed'... and then I see this letter for £15 dating back to October... surely someone's having a bubble!
