Barclaycard all 3 CRF's wrong data

After writing to Barclaycard and receiving no answer, they have now sent old default data to all 3 CRA's. Absolute livid, have explained these defaults were part of a bankuptcy and they should know they must be the same date.

Thing is bankruptcy has dropped off and they have gone and resent this stupid out of date data - wrong address of default and wrong date.

So please anyone who's bankruptcy has dropped off do re-check your files.

I have also rang Barclaycard and a chap said ''oh well we can send data a few week's after the bankruptcy'' I said wrong, if it's debt included in the bankrptcy it has to be the same date.
I quoted the ICO stuff, it's so frustrating.

How very frustrating for you, I think someone else recently had trouble with them for the same reason.

Barclay's and their associated co's are just a pain in the butt.

Hey thanks - good idea:j I've done over 6 years and I start getting this from Barclaycard! One thing you realise when you start having to contact them CRF's and Barclaycard how little they know about data being properly correct!

It should but Barclaycard went and resent incorrect default data:eek: I cannot understand it at all? It did drop off then 2 week's later they put the defaults back on and saying I defaulted end of July 2004. Thats 2 month's later than the actual bankruptcy, plain daft and totally incorrect.

I think they may be playing with the wording here just to be awkward.

Had they already defaulted you before the BR?

I know it should make no differance, but if not, i think i see what they are doing, and will claim they are right, idiots

I will check again just to keep an eye on them! I want to cancel my subscriptions with all 3 agencies as it's a bit expensive, but I'll just keep an eye out:p Thanks for support x
