Well I have not dealt with them personally but my brother in law arranged his mortgage with them and he seems happy enough.

Yes, I would refer to the comment made by Wantag in relation to 100% mortgages. They are available and we have three loans arranged with ubiquitous mortgages. We know we are paying a slight premium but for us it works well.

Amanda - don't use your real name on a forum (maybe it isn't your real name).
Remember, if things go wrong, you have NO recourse to the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and if you want to sue them you agree to do it in Spain.
So it carries risks that an FSA regulated broker doesn't0 -

Hi magpiecottage
Thank you for your comments but I really not sure of the point that you are making. Yes they are based in Spain but I really cannot see the benefits of an FSA appointed representative since their services do not cover outside the UK, am I not correct?

This company does exist but I had no end of problems trying to get a yen mortgage vis their Singapore Bank. If you do go to them - I gave up after 460 Euros and about 8 weeks don't get a computerised valuation (AVM).

They seem to be a competitor but have a forum on their site.
Personally I suggest forget Ubiquitous and Mark Foreman (managing director of himself and his secretary)0 -
For information on Mark Foreman the owner of ubiquitous mortgagesyou should search under "fraud mark foreman" there are two sites that have identified emails sent by him in the States and seem to imply that his activity is to gain data base information0
