1. The prize is a Philips 42" full HD LCD TV.
2. No purchase necessary to enter the free prize draw.
3. Entry into the prize draw is open to residents of UK mainland and Republic of Ireland only.
4. Entrants must be 17 years old or above.
5. Entry into the prize draw is gained through completing the entry form and correctly answering the question that can be found on the Race for Life volunteers page on the Your Diamond Club website at www.yourdiamondclub.co.uk/raceForLife/raceForLifeComp.html.
6. Closing date for the free prize draw is 30th June 2010.
7. Winners will be selected at random on 12th July 2010 from all complete and correct entries Winners will be notified no later than 14th July 2010 by EUI using the email details provided in the entry form. If the winner fails to respond to the e-mail within 21 days after we send it, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and we reserve the right to select another prize-winner at random (in which case the same contact process will apply). Similarly, if any entrant is found not to have complied fully with these terms then we reserve the right to disqualify them and we may select another winner at random. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to withhold awarding of the prize until proof of eligibility and identity has been confirmed. If satisfactory proof is not produced on request we reserve the right to disqualify the entrant and select another winner. We shall be entitled to recover any prize awarded if it subsequently transpires that the winner was not entitled to it.
8. You can obtain the winner's names and county of residence at any time within three months after 30th June 2010 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to us at Diamond Race for Life Competition Winner, EUI Limited, Communications Department, Capital Tower, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, CF10 3AZ.
9. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable, it may be replaced by one of equal or greater value.
10. There is no cash alternative.
11. Only one entry per household is allowed.
12. The draw is not open to employees and their immediate families (including any live-in partners or household members) of EUI Limited or other group companies of Admiral Group Plc, their subsidiaries, agents or any company associated with the competition and those involved in the promotion.
13. Neither EUI nor our suppliers or agents in connection with this promotion will be liable for entries that are late, not received, lost or go astray, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network or other connections which may limit or prevent your ability to participate in the draw, whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server failure, viruses, bugs or other causes outside our control. We cannot promise that the site and other services relating to the promotion will be free from errors or omissions, or that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operational condition throughout the promotion period. Services and/or entry into the promotion may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the event of system failure, maintenance or repair or for causes reasonably beyond our control. However nothing in these Terms will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
14. EUI reserve the right to contact all entrants for marketing purposes using the contact details provided.
15. The Promoter's decision is final and in the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions.
