I'm going to open my own DCA

It will be called the Debt Cancelling Agency. Every time you get a letter from a real DC it will be automatically sent to you. The advice is as follows;

1. This debt is uncollectable. If it was then your bank would already have collected it. Send a request for the CCA.

2. What they threaten is inversely proportional to what they do. They more they talk about going to court the less likely it is to happen.

3. Send them an I and E which shows you can pay them £1 a month by standing order.

4. Wait a year and offer a very low f&f settlement or a £1 a month for the next 9000 years.

5. Never pay more than £1 a month or start increasing your payments because like the CSA they will concentrate on you MORE because you have taken the bait.

ONLY WORRY ABOUT SECURED DEBT AND COUNCIL TAX/UTILITIES. Unsecured debt is exactly that.
