Entrants are required to determine their System Professional personalised hair care solution and complete the online entry form.
1.This Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK and ROI over 18 years of age, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble UK and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.
2.To enter visit https://www.sphairalchemy.co.uk and use the online diagnostic tool to determine the best hair care solution for you and submit your online entry form.
3.The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed or damaged. Proof of sending/posting is not proof of delivery. Last date for entry is 30/06/2010
4.The Promoter will not be liable for system failures, network errors, site being down, hacks on the system or personal computer issues.
5. All entries received by 30/06/2010 will be entered into a Free Prize Draw, and the first 10 entries randomly selected by an independent person will win one of ten System Professional In Salon Alchemy Experiences consisting of a personalised in salon alchemy treatment and professional finish. There will be 500 runners up prizes of personalised System Professional take home hair care regimes consisting of 3 professional hair care products. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. Only one prize per household. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
6. No accommodation or travel is included in the prize and this must be organised by the winner. All expenses associated with the prize must be paid by the winner.
7.The in salon alchemy treatment will take place in the period July to November 2010. The winner must be available on a day during this period determined by availability. If the winner cannot be available during this period, then another winner will be selected.
8.The winner(s) will be notified in writing by 30/07/2010. A list of the major prize winner(s) will be available after this date on request via https://www.wellaprofessionals.co.uk/consumer/contact_us/email
9.In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 10 working days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
10.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
11.By entering this Free Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
