I'm not sure if you have to wait until they are following you back You have to send a tweet to them saying Prince of Persia, so they can follow you back. THEN when they're following you can DM them

just in case twitter newbies don't realise @ replies are public and can be read by anyone! It's not explained that well but they mean you to DM them which is the same as a private message. Once they're following you, you will see the option as they describe.

I've been going round in circles as usual, I can only see the block/report spam under actions since this was posted I have twitted a few times now what you should but nothing changes:mad: I'm not so sure Twitter is for intelligent people like us;)

Direct messages can only be sent between two people who follow each other, so you have to wait until they follow you back before you see the option. (I get an email message when someone follows me, if you don't want to keep checking twitter you can set this up under the notices tab if you click settings on your home page)
I think they've probably got a lot of people asking them just now so it might take them a while to get through everyone. I tweeted them yesterday morning and they followed me back today.
