Can I warn everyone just to stop the disapointment.I placed an order last week...for the dungaree set/dressing gown and about 8 outfits all at bargain £3 prices....a parcel containing one dress arrived and a letter telling me everything else was out of stock.I was more disapointed in that the dress- it wasnt a blooming marvellous branded one! it had a lable saying zipzap in! I called their CS dept as I wanted it as a gift and it looked tacky and cheap - she said hadnt heard of the brand zip zap and said it was out of stock in the warehouse so she couldnt check it - yet it was showing as available on the website!! just all very strange as Ive bought loads of blooming marvellous items over the years and all have had a 'bloomingmarvellous' lable inside them so whether they had bought cheap things to sell as 'sale' items or whether they buy 'zip zap' and rebrand them? who knows....their CS dept didnt know either which is strange! shame as I love BM and their things are fab especially in the sales...maybe I was just unlucky though

Thats interesting about Zip Zap as they sell that brand in TKMaxx.

They were recently taken over or something as they went into adminstration last year was it?

I'll still try to order some baby gifts and see what happens so thanks OP.

I bought the same dress just last week and yes it was a zipzap dress which to me was cheap and certainly not blooming marvellous :eek:. They are selling stuff that is not blooming marvellous brands now, I would have preferred to have know that this was zip zap as i just wouldn't have bought it otherwise.

To me it seemed I was conned in a way!!

I bought some stuff from their sale last year, and a few of the tops weren't Blooming Marvellous (heh heh, see what I did there?! ) either - they had Turkish labels in them.

Their stock control is all over the place - they leave things showing as available on the site, let you order, send a confirmation email, and then don't deliver. At least with a free delivery code you don't end up paying to have a single T shirt delivered.

Thank you for the warning - not surprised to receive an email saying they have been unable to obtain supplies of the item I ordered. It was the £3 towelling robe which they still have on the website :mad:

I've had 4 seperate emails (with stupid pdf atttachments for each one) saying that my item is out of stock. So I'm only getting 4 out of the 6 things I ordered. Not impressed!
