I've been searching the OS threads to assist someone with pizza ideas, and it appears that we have no thread dedicated to pizza topping ideas. Pizza is one of my favourite quick meals, so I need to put this right

- pepperoni, mushroom and red onion
- bolognaise and mozarella
- garlic butter and herbs

Artichokes and peppers in oil from those jars - also the Tesco reduced ailse sometimes has pots of these on reduced from the deli counter!
sweetcorn, mushroom and green chilli
roasted garlic smeared over the base before the tomato sauce goes on is nice - it doesn't burn as the toppings protect it.0 -

I'm currently very fond of:
Pepperoni or salami with peppers and red onion
Garlic mushroom and prosciutto (or another type of air-dried ham)
Goat's cheese and cherry tomato
My favourites change regularly, though, so if you ask me the same question next week you'll probably get a different answer!Back after a very long break!0 -
