Hi and cheers
My hubby has an account in dispute, which is also being dealt with by the FOS.
I emailed them on my hubby's behalf yesterday - put them straight and up to now they have not tried ringing, but its early days yet lol.
I did tell them we only correspond in writing only and will not accept their calls, we are also TPS registered etc.....
Cheers.:)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi Di :hello:
If hubby has an account in dispute then take a mooch here:: Unenforceability & Template Letters III in particular the following which is all to do with the harassment elements:14. Bailiffs and Collections
Templates to stop lenders/bailiffs hassling you.14.1 - You know nothing of the Debt / Prove It - Who's debt is it / Prove it Letter;
14.2 - Harassment by Telephone - Template to send if you're getting lots of phone calls;
14.3 - Harassment by Telephone - Follow Up- Template issuing s.10 & phone number removal;
14.4 - Legal Threat - Harassment by Telephone- Threat of legal action unless the phone calls stop;
14.5 - Harassment by Telephone - At Work - Template to advise cessation of calls at work.
14.6 - Threat of Doorstep-Visit - Template to send the DCA when they threaten a Doorstep-Visit;
If you get hassled too much or they start ringing give me a shout, easy to sort
As an aside, why is it in dispute (charges/reclaims/PPi etc)....

Oops sorry, forgot to mention, he went into arrears on the loan, when he lost his job when company went into administration, he claimed on the PPI, but they stopped paying out when there was not enough money into the account to cover his loan, he did end up reclaiming so much of the PPI back which was refunded towards the loan as well, but he's not yet received an update statement to proof they have done this.
He is actually paying token payments as arranged via CCCS, but on the verge of making arrangements to pay more to collections now that he have recently found a new job.;)
This case is actually being dealt with by the FOS as well, because the way he have been treated, its still with an adjudicator.The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Should I write to request for an update statement from LLoyds again - since the PPI been refunded on this one? I did already write to request for this, but nothing heard!
This Apex company rang and left a message on the answer phone at the beginning of this week, I did not have a clue who they were, tracked them down on here and emailed them to tell them we are under TPS and we will or do not correspond over the telephone to any businesses, but in writing only.........
of course they then sent my hubby the letter.
I have emailed them since on hubby's behalf and told them its the first we heard from them, he is at this current time paying by token booklet arrangement through Lloyds Collections, and informed them this is also with the FOS, this is the email they came back with 3 days ago.....
