Outcome of Appeal Tribunal Hearing

;)Hello,
Today we were informed that our appeal has been allowed :j
So when CSA included child benefit, my wife's company expense reimbursement, CSA money to my wife from her 1st hubs etc etc, all as my assessable income, said I earned an absolute bomb, assessed me on that, used housing from many moons ago, told me I didn't have a partner (wife & I been together for 17 yrs), and said there were no kids in my household (there are 4) - Tribunal have thankfully accepted this assessment and the 34k of arrears are incorrect. :T
So, we still have to wait for the statement of reasons, and as the lovely PWC did not attend, we suppose she will request the decision be 'set aside'. But this WILL NOT CHANGE THE FACTS NOR THE EVIDENCE WE HAVE PRODUCED to support our appeal.
Thanks for all of your advice/support, all we have to do now is await the further 2 appeal hearings for incorrect decisions from 2007, 2009 (the one this week was for Jan 2004, Nov 2004 and Feb 06), and then get the CSA to ammend the 'CS monthly figure' and 'arrears'

Oh and they will also have to amend or remove the CCJ (FOR 34K),LO (for 34k) and charge on our home (for 34k)
Hmmm, something tells me this could still be a very long process with many hurdles ahead of us as yet0 -
Common sense 1 Ex wife 0
Let's hope the score continues
Glad to hear it all went well and I hope that after all this is said and done that your ex wife gives it up and move on too. For her sake as well as yours.

It must be a relief for you and your family xx good of you to let us know the outcome, as I'd read about your plight and was rooting for you to get things sorted. xx I hope everything else goes as smoothly now xx:EasterBun

Sou, thanks for your support - but I was never daft enough to marry the ex (PWC), crikey she scared me off way before any talk of churches, diamonds etc!!

OMG I had a friend like that (scared off blokes continually) - although she had her entire wedding planned well before even meeting the poor bloke she eventually married. To be fair the wedding plans probably scared off most of them

Big sigh of relief in your houshold then well worth the wait and hopefully you see light at the end of the tunnel keep up the good work as it seems the csa will take the word of any bitter and twisted pwc
Well done0 -

Thanks for your responses.
PWC has written to Tribunal and stated that if Tribunal did not reduce my housing allowance, then she will ask for a departure/variation on grounds of my housing being excessive.???
6 of us (wife, me, 3 kids ages 16, 18 & 19, and a 4 years old) live in a 4 bed house, interest only mortgage £762.16, I dunno if thats excessive but bog standard house on bog standard housing estate. This PWC will just not accept anything, which is sad, she would be better challenging her energies into the children, or making a new life, not making it her life's work to destroy tthsose she came across in the past!0 -
Glad it went well, gl for the rest of your battle. At least that huge weight of the ccj, LO and charge is lifted:j0

Oh let her play her games silly moo obviously doesn't have any common sense and is money orientated. The important thing here is that you are getting somewhere with getting things sorted and as long as all children concerned are ok, looked after and not being penalised in anyways then her rantings aren't important. Smile... and get on with enjoying your life and your lovely family x:EasterBun
