Terms & conditions for win a holiday competition

1. This competition is promoted by Bournemouth International Airport Limited, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 6SE (the Promoter).
2. Entrants must be UK residents over the age of 18 on the day of entry.
3. This competition is not open to employees of the Promoter or a company within the Manchester Airport Group of companies, their families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
4. To enter: complete and return the entry form on-line at www.bournemouthairport.co.uk.
5. The Promoter will not take any responsibility for entries lost.
6. The Prize: A £500 holiday voucher will be given away each month for a period of twelve months subject to paragraph 13 below. Participants must travel from Bournemouth Airport within the travel period dates stated on the prize holiday voucher.
7. Only one entry per person can be entered in the prize draw each month over the 12 month competition period.
8. The Draw: The first winner will be selected at random in Great Britain at the end of March 2010 and thereafter, the end of every month. The winners will be notified by post within 28 days of the end of the previous month. The prize must be accepted within 14 days of the date of notification, in the event of non acceptance within the specified period the prize awarded will be re-allocated to the next randomly drawn valid entry.
9. Entry details must match that of one of the persons travelling.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify any entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The prize is non transferable. No cash or credit alternative are offered.
12. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the competition should exceptional circumstances prevent it from being run.
14. By entering into this promotion, you agree to the personal data you supply being used by the Promoter to administer the promotion and for market research purposes. In order to administer the promotion the Promoter (or its agents or contractors) may disclose the information you supply to any other companies in the Manchester Airport Group of companies. You also agree to receive promotional information from the Promoter unless you notify us otherwise.
15. By entering this promotion, you agree to take part in any publicity relating to the competition if you are invited. By participating in this promotion, you grant the Promoter permission to use your name and likeness and you confirm that you will obtain from any guest whom you invite permission for the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).
16. Details of the winners can be obtained from the Promoter 28 days after the closing date.
