As the title says anyone tried it? It was only available on line but you can now buy bits of it from Asda they sell chocolate or strawberry shakes, tomato soup, chocolate and caramel bars and they cost roughly about £3.80 each and have lasted me all week (I bought choc shake, soup and choc bar) for a £10 spend.
Been having a shake for breakfast and then a bar or soup for lunch a fruit snack and then a proper tea but no (or very little) carbs. Haven't been feeling hungry at all and because I'm drinking 2 litres of water a day now my skin has improved.
I've just weighed myself and have lost 8 lb (i do have a lot to lose and know it'll be mostly water) I'm over the moon, so I was wondering if anyone else had tried it and what they thought and how they are doing?

Never heard of it, is it similar to Cambridge Diet/Lighterlife? Was it in the main Asda shop or their pharmacy? It's a good price!0

I think thier online progamme must be - it's really expensive, but I think the one from Asda is more like celebrity slim. It was in the regular shop beside the complan and vitimins and each item was about £3.80ish I can't really remember the exact price as I was on the school run and harrased! but I only had £10 and bought 3 things so cheaper then celebrity slim.
The only complaint I have is that there website is rubbish and you can't access it all unless you join and then pay for thier on line diet which cost £197.50 a month !!! So I joined the celebrity slim one instead.:beer:0 -
ooh will look out for it, what sort of packaging is it and what is the taste like? Have tried Slimfast but found it SO sweet!0

It's white and turquiose - quiet plain and it's not sweet - I wasn't keen on the taste of the choc shake at first but could stomach it but now I add a spoonfull of skinny cow chocolate powder and that improves it lol:beer:0

just got back from Asda and the whole range has been rolled back to £3.00:beer:0

WIll have a look in my Asda later, thanks for the tip0

Does anybody know what the difference is between the stuff in ASDA and the what they sell on line - apart from the price? Have been told it's not the same, but not much else.0

Have heard that Dropweight is being withdrawn from ASDA very soon.0

I've just restarted lighter life - in an attempt to use up the sachets I already have!! I've enough for 5 days - and then I'm going to continue but on the slim fast plan - I find the tip is to keep busy. I like the Vanilla - mixed with a bit of instant coffee - tastes a bit like a latte!Me, OH, grown DS, (other DS left home) and Mum (coming up 80!). Considering foster parenting. Hints and tips on saving £ always well received. Xx
March 1st week £80 includes a new dog bed though £63 was food etc for the week.0 -
I just buy a big tub of protein powder (just like the body builders use) and use that instead, its higher in protein, lower in carbs and less sugar than say Slim Fast and works out cheaper long term.I have realised I will never play the Dane!
Where are my medals? Everyone else on here has medals!!0
