Good spot ta but £41!!!
It's a good programme but you can also get the Gimp (http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/) for free which does most of what most people want to do.
Cheers
Jeff
PS - Not aiming to start an open-source vs commercial, just putting up more info and an alternate. PSP-X is a good packageSpace for rent, apply within - Free trial on Thanks button though0 -
If you have an earlier version, save £11 with an upgrade instead - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000AWZ2UG/.
"Upgrade pricing is available to customers upgrading from previous versions of Paint Shop Pro down to Paint Shop Pro 4 and Paint Shop Pro Studio"

Presumably 11 is due out soon then

Paint Shop Pro isn't what it used to be. Used to be nice and light and would load in an instant to do simply things. Now its getting towards being a heavy weight taking about 5-10 seconds to load up.

I agree - PSP used to be one of my 'must have' programs, but its now full on bloatware.
Before you spend any money, have a look at Paint.net which started as a student project at Washington State university...
