what exactly is the game? I know about steam but have never used it for gaming!

sorry but isnt steam as in this application only for gaming? lol! and its a game based on the half life 2 engine, was origonally a testing platform for the appature science portal device which will be in half life 2 episode 3, but gained a following of its own. And the cake is not a lie (even though everyone thinks it is)

Thank you My friend was telling me about this game last week and I love it! It's really weird love the silly commentary!

Oh and OP, when you download steam its only a couple of MB but then the client needs to download the actual game which is almost 5GB, so it will take a while. These big 3D games do tend to be rather huge
