Conditions of entry

1. There is one prize of a holiday for two people in Peru, including six nights’ superior accommodation, international flights to and from the UK, Machu Picchu excursion (including tourist card to visit the ruins), domestic flights from Lima to Cusco, transfers and breakfast daily.

1. The prize does not include transfers to the airport in the UK, any meals other than those stated or spending money.

1. Inoculations and visas are the responsibility of the winner.

1. The winner of the flights must book their travel by 25 July 2010 and complete all travel between 1 September 2010 and 30 November 2010, subject to availability. Alternative travel dates are not available.

1. Once the trip is booked and confirmed, any amendments to the booking will be at the winner’s cost.

1. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

1. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they have adequate travel insurance.

1. The winner must comply with and is responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations or visa requirements required for the destination.

1. Journey Latin America will not accept any liability for any loss or damages suffered whilst on this trip.
