I have just made this today and it is yummy. I also adapted the recipe for my sons friend who is allregic to wheat, egg and diary. The wheat flour was replaced with Doves farm wheat free bread flour, the egg missed out completly and the milk replaced with soya. It still tasted really good.

Hi,
Just bumping this so I can find it tomorrow. Making cornbread for our belated Bonfire Party to go with a chilli beef.
Will definitely use the creamed corn tip!
