This competition is open to UK residents only and excludes employees of Nestl! Waters UK Ltd, Grayling Communications Ltd, their agents and families or anyone else associated with the administration of the promotion. Entrants must be aged 18 and over. Closing date for entries is 16 May 2010 at 23.59. There is one S. Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants prize to be won. Prize includes: £300 towards dinner for two at one of the UK restaurants on the World's 50 Best list; one (1) case (6 bottles) of S. Pellegrino; one (1) case (6 bottles) of Acqua Panna; one (1) case (6 bottles) of wine; one (1) copy of The World's Best Restaurants book. No cash alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date, and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 working days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).
