Two DCA's Chasing Same Alleged Debt!?

Hi, I have recieved today 2 letters threatening court procedings and charges on the same visa account. One from Wescot and the other from Moorcroft. Wescot have sent their in house solicitors letter damanding full payment and Moorcroft saying if I don't pay them £100 a month they will start legal proceedings!. They have both been sending me letters for 6 months even though the CCA RBS sent me was not enforceable. What should I do now?

Send each the 'prove it' letter. If either or both come back with proof, tell them you have a demand from the other. Come back for more advice at that stageHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Thanks for that. Could you please post a link for the relevent letter?. Wescot actually rang me yesterday and said they are not a DCA!!!. They told lies to my son who answered the call so they could speak to me, then told me that they are not a debt collection agency?. They have had the' no phone calls letter' months ago too!. I would not confirm who I was or answer any of her questions which really annoyed this snotty woman too!. She just hung up on me:)0

Hi, Well both keep on ringing me so I presume they have ignored my letters!. Moorcroft seem to be playing games with me by ringing 4 times a day then cutting me off!. I do 1471 and it is their number, wescot are just intimidating in their tone. What should I do next?0

Hi, Yes I have already sent that letter to both of them about 2 weeks ago.0

Hi, I have recieved a letter today from Moorcroft listing the possible charges if I don't conform to thier wishes. I looks as if they have completely ignored the prove it letter!. As of yet nothing back from Wescot who are the original De-faulters.0

You posted at 0903. I was on my way to work. You posted again at 1912, when I had probably been home about 5 minutes. I am now settled down on the internet. I don't owe you anything.Oh well no one seems to be interested:(
Write back to Moorcroft with a copy of your original letter and say their letter did not address your original letter. Keep it down to about 1 sentence if you can.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Thanks for that, I don't quite know what you mean by owing you something though?:)0

Basically don't 'expect' responses as the people here are voluntary not paid, thats all.
Unless the DCA can prove the debt they shouldn't be doing anything until they can.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
