Hey guys i was just looking for advice or a template letter to send to creditors to see who owns my debt to start paying it off?
Its on my credit report under the banks name but i havnt had anythin about them for ages n want to sort them out! Do I write to the bank? x

If you have not recieved a notice of assignment (sale of the debt), then your bank still owns it and should deal with any enquires via the normal channels, customer services/collections department.
How long has it been since they contacted you, have your written to them or paid anything in the last 5/6 years?Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
