If only! I'd love to grab my 18 year old self by the scruff of the neck and give her a talking too lol!

  • Me and my OH were talking about regrets this morning and both agreed that if we had our chance to do things again the only thing we'd change is getting into so much debt - but we've learnt now and other than a mortgage it will never happen again!!

Oh definitely. Debt is my only regret and now I've woken up to it I absolutely don't want to ever find myself in this situation again. I've already missed out on things because my debt got in the way and I'm not going to let it happen again.

Good day today, a cheque I was owed showed up today so that's another £75 to the debt! :T Yay!

  • I love it when that happens - your very good paying it off the debt and not treating yourself!

I'm really forcing myself to change the habit of "treating" myself. That's what got me in this mess in the first place. :rotfl: I've made £20 in eBay sales this week too - yay! :j

    Today's jobs:

    - post sold eBay items
    - withdraw money saved to cover weekend away
    - plan next week's budget

Why do people take so long to pay for their eBay items? Some of these items were sold last week but I haven't packaged them up because I still haven't received payment.

Me too! I've posted my eBay items and I've a day off today so I have to stick to my budget :)
