Fingers crossed he's okay, what's the vet said to you about it?
I've been a bit under the weather this last week, been back to the dentist again as still having problems with my mouth. Had to stick £35 on the credit card because I just had nothing left in the budget to cover prescription costs and medication but I couldn't not get the antibiotics. Bad month this one.
I have now been paid but I'm trying not to touch it until next week. All I've done today is make a £300 payment towards my debt because the less £s on the card the less interest I'll be charged. I was going to rate hop but the IFA said that with all the mortgage stuff we're doing it's for the best just to sit tight at least for a little bit longer.Sealed Pot Challenge #9550 -
The lumps (she found another one while we were there) are just warty growths partly due to his age but nothing to worry about - to get them removed is £200 or we can get it tested £80 to see if it can be left but I don't think thats worth doing the vet seemed to think it was ok. So he'll be going in a couple of months - the vet said they can be left for a while providing they don't start bleeding/leaking.
Bad news about the dentist - at least its only one bad month, and £300 is a brilliant payment to be able to makeOfficial DFW Nerd Number 526:T

That's great news about the dog. I'm glad he'll be right as rain soon enough, you must be so relieved.
The dentist thing is a kicker but it's one of those things. What I thought was a sore throat turned out to be tonsillitis so I've had a few days off work at home in bed just trying to get rid of it. Hopefully it's on the way out because I'm sick of taking penicillin 4 times a day and feeling like I have a golf ball in my throat.
I've been naughty for a few days and I haven't paid much attention to my bank account but I will log in to start getting a handle on things again tonight. I hope the dentist sends the new estimate for the work soon, I don't like not knowing how much I owe them.Sealed Pot Challenge #9550 -

Hiya!
Still nothing from the dentist. I'm going to ring them today to try and get some paperwork from them. I just want to know how much to budget for to be honest.
How's your dog doing?Sealed Pot Challenge #9550 -
Thats not very good you'd think they'd want your business! I suppose you'll just have to put as much as you can to one side.
The dogs fine, my aunt said her dogs have always had warts and shes just left them so I think we're going to leave it a couple of months clear all the other small debts then look at getting it done if its bothering himOfficial DFW Nerd Number 526:T

That sounds like a good idea for the dog. You're doing really well at clearing your debts
I've kept some money out of the budget this month and I'm going to phone them this morning to request some paperwork. I don't want to chase them but I also don't want a huge bill I can't afford landing on me. I've had 3 appointments so far, I have 3 to go and I haven't paid a penny so far which, while it's useful, it is making me a little twitchy!Sealed Pot Challenge #9550 -
This is a stupid question, but do credit card companies mind if you make little payments as you go along? I've been trying to make the odd £10 payment whenever I have some spare in my weekly budget but I don't know if this is okay?Sealed Pot Challenge #9550
