1. By entering the free prize draw (the "Prize Draw") you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. The Prize Draw is open to residents in the UK and Eire, but is not open to employees of the Arcadia Group, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
3. To enter you must sign up and provide us with your details on the MissSelfridge.com Newsletter sign up page. Only one entry per person.
4. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that your details including your email address/address may be used to keep you informed about Miss Selfridge promotions, products and news. Miss Selfridge complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties. For further details please see our online Privacy Policy.
5. The prize draw will close at midnight 30th April 2010. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person 24 hours after the competition closes. The winner will be notified in writing no later than two weeks after the draw. Miss Selfridge's decision is final. There will only be one winner.
6. There is one prize (the "Prize") of £500 worth of Miss Selfridge clothing (in the form of gift cards) to be chosen by the winner at any solus Miss Selfridge store (department stores/outlets are not included). The terms and conditions on the gift card shall apply.
7. If the Prize is not claimed within 3 months of the winner being notified, Miss Selfridge reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
8. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Miss Selfridge reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
9. By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Miss Selfridge may require.
10. Winners details will be available for 2 weeks after the draw by sending a SAE to "£500 Wardrobe Prize Draw", Miss Selfridge Marketing at address below.
11. Miss Selfridge reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
