Just want to thank you all for your help over the last few weeks, I haven't posted much but I have been follwing threads and taking advice. It has all been worth it and today myself and DH are now debt free. The court staff were all really friendly and we didn't even have to see the judge. Spoke to OR after on the court telephone.
