Does anone have vegetarian menu plan/shopping list for 1?

After Black Saturn kindly shared her month's shopping list for her family, I was hoping that someone may have a menu plan/shopping list for just 1 vegetarian (unless you also count my cat :-) )

Thank you for any suggestions.

PS Forgot to mention that I have a breadmaker.

Also I don't drink tea or coffee (except for fruit tea every now and again)

I would love to help but I have a similar problem. I have my boyfriend to cook for to- who is not a vegetarian but I could just give him veggie meals and occasionally add meat for him.
I would Love to do the menu plan/ shopping budget challenge but am stuck to how to go about it .Im stuck what to eat, how to plan without getting repetative & what foods I could freeze etc.
I hope someone can help as I am sure there are many other veggies the same !
ps I just got a breadmaker too, still to use it but ( wasing through here for tips ) !

If I get around to doing a plan - I'll certainly let you have a copy. However, a word of warning, I'm a novice at money saving and cooking.
