Discount code from M and M direct doesn't work

I ordered from M and MDirect and with my order I received a discount code for free delivery of my next order if it was over £35 - the code is supposed to be valid until 10/5/10. I have just tried to place an order and it won't let me, saying the code is not valid for the order even though it is £35 without P&P charges. I have looked around various sites for another code but everyone I try which are supposed to still be valid won't work either.
I am signing in using the email address I registered with, so it is annoying that a code sent to me directly won't work when I want to place another order with them!
