Personal Wealth Plan from 1993

I have found some very old paperwork from General Portfolio dating back to 1993, its for a Personal Wealth Plan where a small amount of money has been paid in. I can't seem to find any info about this company, where do I go from here to see if this money can be accessed? Many thanks

It looks as though they are now called Windsor Life, via the name Gan Life. It doesn't appear that you're in for a very good customer service experience from them but good luck with it!
Seems to have been more than their fair share of bad press about them under their various company names.1
