Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all residents in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Island and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their families of Walkers Snacks UK Ltd (the Promoter), their affiliated companies and their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.
2. By taking part in this prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. To enter the promotion, you must become a member of the Tropicana Breakfast Club, which is free to join. To do this, log onto www.tropicana.co.uk/breakfast-club or www.tropicana.ie/breakfast-club (the "Website"). Participants may only register one Tropicana Breakfast Club account. Internet access required.
4. To enter, log onto your Breakfast Club account and enter your unique code(s) (found on the bottom of promotional Tropicana packs). The promotional packs include all Tropicana Pure Premium juice cartons (1L, 1.5L & 2L), all Tropicana Smoothie cartons (1L), and Tropicana Pure Premium 330ml single serve bottles featuring Tropicana Breakfast Club graphics.
5. There are 4 prizes to be won every 4 weeks. 1 promotional code = 1 entry into the prize draw for all 4 prizes. You may only enter each promotional code once. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
6. Republic of Ireland participants must satisfy a skill question to enter.
7. To enter without purchase (Northern Ireland only) and for the same chance of winning, send your name, address and phone number to; Tropicana Breakfast Club NI, PO Box 25, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire LE13 1ZG. Only 1 (one) entry per stamped envelope = 1 entry into the prize draw for all 4 prizes. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries accepted.
8. The opening date for receipt of entries is1st March 2010 and the closing dates for each 4 weekly draw will be noon on each of the following: 26/3/10, 23/4/10, 21/5/10, 18/6/10, 16/7/10, 13/8/10, 10/9/10, 8/10/10, 5/11/10, 3/12/10, 31/12/10. The closing date for the final draw will be midnight on 31/12/10. No entries will be carried forward from one draw to another.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed and proof of sending is not proof of receipt. The Promoter also reserves the right to suspend or disable Tropicana Breakfast Club accounts that contravene fair use.
   
   
   All prize draws will take place within 7 days of the applicable closing date and the winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision. All winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date in writing by email. Winners will be asked to confirm their address and date of birth. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners but where this is not possible within 28 days the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw that winner's prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original. An information sheet will be sent to the winner's designated address by 1st Class post within 28 days after confirmation by the winner of their details. Winners will be required to fill this out including requested departure dates and names as per their passport and return to the address provided. No cash alternative in whole or in part, or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to provide similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be available to the winners in person. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winners agree that, by accepting a prize, they may be required to take part in related publicity.

13.
