    your SOA is not sustainable

even without any debt you can't live like that
even if you went bankrupt you still can't live like that

you must live within your means

lets suppose you go bankrupt and get rid of the debts:
you then will have no CC, loans and will be unable to get any credit (I'm not suggesting you should go bankrupt but simply using it as an example of why you can't continue like this)

so then you will have a shortfall of over 200
    so you will have to
    -increase income.. maybe second job

and /or reduce spending by 200

so you can't afford rent of 850 plus 94 in council tax ... that alone is about 50% of your income

-nor sky at 40 per month
-nor mobile at 80 per month
    -nor broadband at 40 pm

unless you have a company car you need to include the cost of car tax, MOT

what are 200 for other child cost?

you need to address these problems immediately as each month it is getting worse.

I understand that I am living beyond my means... Ive dwindled away all my saving!

    The £200 is CSA payments!

Just need help to get my feet back on the ground and get some money behind me! Just not to sure what the best way of doing it is?!

    in order of priority

    second job.. is that possible?

cheaper rent and associated costs... flat share is probably cheapest

    reduce mobile
    sky
    broadband
clothing.. do you need to spend anything for a few months at least?

do it now ... waiting will only make it worse

I have just started a second job which brings in £300 per month, not alot but its something.

I have also just applied for housing benefit which will give me about £75 per week.

Attempting to reduce all my bills at the moment!
