Present for Awkward BIL's Birthday- HELP!

Hi,
I'd love some of your expertise for a birthday present for my OH's brother.
He's always difficult to buy for, but at the moment we've majorly broke but want to make him something nice.
Him- Late 20's, New Dad, getting married later this year, doesnt really drink, works with heavy machinery- Diggers and things, likes Rugby but has pretty much everything.
I was thinking maybe a stag do survival kit- but no idea what to put in to it?
Or a retro sweetie drawer system thing- but was thinking of this for his 30th, and I cant find a mini drawer system online atm.
Any and All suggestions would be greatfully accepted, you all make lovely things
TIA
Ashy

What about a photo montage with photos from a baby to now - especially including the new baby? You could do it on your computer then print it out and home, get a cheao frame and give it to him...

DVD and make him a movie night Hamper with popcorn coke etc - like they do for xmas...

A nights babysitting so he and his partner can go out - As a mum of two young ones we hardly ever get the chance to go out I would appreciate that more than anything. You could always shout them 2 tickets to the cinema... Speak to his partner beforehand and you could have it all arranged

Or... you could buy some nice ingredients and cook both of them a nice meal at their place wash up afterwards and leave them in peace... By picking the menu options yourself you can keep the cost down or you could even prepare as much as poss in advance in your own kitchen too.

Or even a day's pass to diggerland... Or just go down the jokey route

    What is your budget?
