Flight Prize Terms & Conditions

1. The prize is valid for travel until 31st March 2011

2. The winner must be aged 16 years or over

3. The prize is one pair or four return flights with Monarch to one of the scheduled destinations specified on magic.co.uk from London Gatwick or London Luton airport. Winners will only be eligible to redeem the specific flights which they won on a particular date. A member of magic staff will notify them of their win via telephone, email or letter.

4. The prize is subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period. Flights cannot be taken during school & bank holidays, Christmas, New Year or Easter

5. The prize is non-transferable and is to be used by the registered prize winner

6. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats and the carriage of hold/checked-in baggage)

7. Travel insurance is not included in the prize

8. The flights may not be represented as a prize for any other prize draw or other similar event

9. All applicable taxes / charges are included in the prize

10. No cash alternative is available
