Can't find any information anywhere else...TIA!!!

Hope you get on alright although I would stay clear of the mayo if it were me, mayo is made with eggs. Ever seen what happens if you heat up an egg? (unless you like rinsing with ice cold water that is)

Olive oil tends to be a top hair favorite too though have not tried it myself.

Coconut oil is very good for the hair too especially if you suffer from the frizzies!

Mashed up avocado is good for skin and hair (if you can avoid eating it long enough to put it on, which I can't!)

I'm intolerant of wheat, citrus, grapes, grape products and dried vine fruits, tomato, and beetroot, and I am also somewhat caffeine sensitive.
  • Put on dry hair, leave for half an hour or so, rinse out with tepid water and then shampoo and condition as normal. If you add a teaspoon or two of cider vinegar to the recipe first, it's a great shine booster :)
