DMP Q's

Hello
I started my DMP in Jan and have made 2 payments. Only creditor I seem to be getting hassle from is Halifax (the majority of my debt) The have already been on the phone to my parents house where I used to live - I dont even have that number listed on my accounts anymore. My parents dont know anything about my debt and I dont want to involve them.. Could someone from the Halifax mention this to them? I know they shouldnt due to security but do you think they would?
Also if Halifax are causing trouble like this does that mean they wont accept the DMP? not really sure if I need to be doing anything else?? I've not heard anthing from CCCS with regards to who has accepted and who hasn't.
thanks in advance.

If they discuss anything about your account with anyone else other than you then they are commiting an offence. It would be worth contacting them and reminding them of this, and asking for all future correspondance to be made in writing to your current address.
Creditors don't HAVE the accept the DMP, so be warned that they may still try to enforce full payment and may still potentially start court action, in which case you should get further advice.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
