1. Entries will only be accepted using the proper entry form submitted on-line to Nelsons ‎‎(Nelsons House, 83 Parkside, Wimbledon, London, SW19 5LP) at: https://www.spatone.com. Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. Competition entrants need to be full time residents of the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.

3. Nelsons is unable to accept third party entries to the competition.

4. Illegible or altered entry forms will not be accepted, nor will entries not completed in ‎accordance with these terms and conditions. Nelsons is not responsible for lost / stolen / intercepted or mislaid entry forms. Proof of sending / transmission shall not be proof of receipt.

5. Nelsons may cancel the draw if in the sole discretion of Nelsons insufficient entries have ‎been received and processed by the draw date.

6. The winner will be drawn at random on the last day of each month throughout 2009. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

9. Nelsons will not re-send prizes which get lost during the process of post mailing.
