If a `bloke` comes round they can only post a letter to you, they can`t take anything from you!
You need to do all contact via post and ensure you keep all correspondence, send it recorded too that way they will recieve all letters.
Is there anyway of you paying £100? sell things ask a family member for a loan?
You will need to sort out a repayment plan with them, set up standing order to prevent missed payments.

If you are serious about going bankrupt then dont make any payments to them at all.

    I totally agree with beanie.

If you really are going to try for bankruptcy, there is no reason to make payments to them. What's the worst they can do? Make you bankrupt? Great, that saves you pating to do it.

If you were just saying that to him to get rid of him, andone that does come to collect money will have no legal powers. They are not bailiffs and have the same power of entry or ability to take your posessions as the paperboy - none. If they come, you can ask them to leave - if they don't then they are trespassing.
