CCJ's Disappeared???

Hi,

After checking my equifax (last time was probably about a year ago (used experian since due to equifax not accepting my maestro), i have noticed my previous address, all credit linked to it and my ccjs (registered in 2007) have gone, i am totally baffled.

The ccjs didn't show on my experian either but i just assumed this was because experian don't always show all accounts, it tends to be equifax that have the best onfo regarding your credit status (the reason i prefer to use them actually)

I was just getting ready to apply to have them set aside but am unsure of what to do now?

Both are still outstanding (one will be paid in full in July the other one i am disputing).

Any ideas anyone?

Do equifax still have your old address linked?? Did you leave your old adress over 6 years ago??

Hi,

No moved out in 2007, i am totally confused?!?!??!

I was literally talking to the one where i have a good chance of having the CCJ set aside last week advising them that i was applying to court and now i don't know what to do?

The ccj is not registered with equifax or experian is there any where else i can check?

Call Credit is the other agency you can check with. Maybe check again in a few months to see if they are still there or rather still gone? Sorry I don't really know the answer to finding out what happened to the.
