Administration and the csa's DEO

Hi I'm sorry I know this is the wrong forum, but you lot all seem so kind (and clever) I need some info on what happens when a company goes into administration.

Basically my ex's company went into administration just after christmas, he pays me CSA via a DEO, he is still working there, gets paid weekly, and still pays the CSA via DEO I haven't recieved any maintenance since 3rd Dec, turns out the company are trying to keep it?

Basically can they do this? I know they can once they actually go under, but they aren't under yet, so I need to get this money ASAP, before its lost forever.

I recommend the other forums as it is something i have not come across before.

If your next due payment was after the administration order, then it maybe more difficult as his income was changing. But company or not, the CSA comes from HIM, not even bankruptcy takes away the fathers responsibly to to pay maintainence.
