I wanna St Michael's/Marks and Spencer ghost book from late 1980's

I had this book when i was younger and thought my son would love it. I don't know the name. It was a hardback produced by st michael's and had four main chapters that included wierd phenonmen and ghosts from the uk.

ANyone have any idea how i could find such a book?
