Can you post the SOA in MSE style, much easier to read :) - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=107280

Easier to read and follow so can give better advice, the above seems like a hash of random numbers, no offence.
Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies

Yes do a MSE SOA. Easier to see, ensure it is accurate ALL monthly incomings and outgoings!

Sky and virgin?? Do you NEED them?
Electric is high! have a look at different companies and compare prices.
You will need to really reduce/stop any outgoings that are not needed right now including beloved luxeries.

Once you do a full SOA we can advise on where to go from here. Please talk to your parents you need support and they may beable to help in some way x
