Easier to read and follow so can give better advice, the above seems like a hash of random numbers, no offence.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

Yes do a MSE SOA. Easier to see, ensure it is accurate ALL monthly incomings and outgoings!
Sky and virgin?? Do you NEED them?
Electric is high! have a look at different companies and compare prices.
You will need to really reduce/stop any outgoings that are not needed right now including beloved luxeries.
