Not very reliable from my experience. We had one which broke after a month or so, and when trying to get in touch with the company to request a spare part, we couldn't get through to anyone "real" and it was all very frustrating and useless.

OH off to get one now ,as i see you from same place as me :P , great price and great machine , if it breaks down in a month i will take back to asda for a replacement , not phoning around for parts as i have a consumers right for 12 months , not sure why above poster was trying to get parts when its under warranty

I had one of these it was a complete nightmare. Broke down 3 times in 8 months. Eventually managed to get a refund. I have now bought a Bosch.

Had two indesits, both deserved a medal. Beko now 2 yrs but is very, very slow -don't think I'd get another.

  • My mum and I have various Beko products between us. Delighted with them. My Fridge Freezer decided to stop freezing when it was 15 months old. Comet (where I bought it) weren't interested as it was out of warranty period. I phoned Beko and explained that my understanding of consumer law was that I could expect a £300+ f/f to last more than 15 months. The lady I spoke to agreed and arranged to send an engineer to repair it free of charge. I've had no trouble in the 18 months since it was repaired.

I'll buy Beko again. My experience with the products and the company has been very favourable.
