Can't get a loan

I have only been in my job for 4 months and I think because of this I can't get a loan. I already have one through Alliance Leicester but i'm looking to get another loan to clear this one along with credit cards and store cards. I have tried Alliance Leicester, Nation Wide, Tesco, Asda Sainsbury's and Lloyds Tsb. Does anyone have any tips on who else I can try?

You need to stop applying for a few months, as this will be affecting your credit score, all of the searchs will have lowered your score making you a worse applicant.

Give it a few months and reapply or check out the debt free board for alternatives to refinancing

Thank you Keith. I didn't know that by applying and being turned down would of lowered my credit score even more!!

I will take your advise and wait a while longer.

The normal advice here is not to take out a loan to consolidate your debts, unless you are prepared to cut up all your credit cards so that you can not spend on them again. Why not visit the Debt Free Wanna be section and post your Statment Of Accounts, you will get very good advice there on how to reduce your debts without resorting to this method, and they are a great bunch of people to do business with:D
