Can i cook a pork shoulder in slow cooker?

Ooooh yes!
Take the skin off and cook separately for great crackling.
Chuck some large chunks of carrot and leek in the bottom of S/C and place pork on top. Pour in some stock of your choice (i use chicken) to just cover the veggies. Pop the lid on and leave for 7-8 hours.
The resulting pork MELTS off the bone, the juices can be made into gravy, the veggies whizzed for soup0 -
Instead of chicken stock I'd use cider.Gus.0

Whatever you have. I always use fizzy as its easy to get in the shops. Looks like witches brew until it cooks but works brilliantly

I just threw mine in on low overnight with an inch of water and some dried sage, stunning
