If you use the all in one method ie put all ingredients in a bowl and mix - then its easily done
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

I often deliberately make too many yorkshires so that I can put golden syrup and ice cream on them! Yum!

I have a little saying I was taught years ago to help remember all the ingredients.

    Shirley Shouldn't Eat Fresh Mushrooms

    Sugar
    Shortening ie marge or butter
    Eggs
    Flour
    Milk

That is also the right order to add them if you are doing them by the creaming method rather than all-in-one. It has saved me from more than one disaster
It doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!
