  • Hi Mrs A,
Welcome back. I had been wondering where you were. Although I know nothing about depression, I do know what it's like to have a demanding job and three kids:eek: and the last two can be hard enough as it is. I'm sorry that you've had a rough time.
Today's a great day to start afresh with the old debt and diet. Set yourself some mini goals for January and February and go from there.
    Good luck x
  • :hello: Hello Mrs A

I'm so pleased that you feel well enough to update your diary. Hope that you're able to keep posting and that we can help you get nearer the light at the end of the tunnel.

All the best to you and yours in 2007.

    Hi Mrs A,

Hope you had fun with those spreadsheet, mine (albeit a very simple one) is prooving invaluable.
Remember to use the snowball calculator regularly. My spreadsheet currently had each debt and how much each month I need to pay in order to match up with the snowball. Plus sometimes its just real fun to play around with snowball and dream of "what could be"!

You seem a much brighter person now the new year has come and gone, and I wish you all the very best for all your challanges, like the grocery challenge etc.
Have you joined Moozie's weekly challenge or the olympic challenge yet?

hi folks another productive day in debt busting land,
sticking with the spending diary, and updating the spreadsheets,
not looked into Moozies weekly challenge yet, did have a look at the ollympic one though, think i might just go for the bronze on that one.
ordered some books from play.com through quidco for one of my sons crimbo pressies for next year.
im glad that all i am spending this week is either reduced or in the sales for next crimbo, i am feeling much happier again now.
have an appointment with the gp on friday so we will see what she says regarding my getting back to work again.
i feel i have to go back as im not going to keep getting full pay for much longer (i expect to go to half pay with this months wages and that would really kill the debt busting for me)
well i hope everyone has a cheap day
    regards
