Aaw, I'm sorry to hear you're so fed up Mrs A.

Hopefully the secretary can work miracles (sometimes we can, you know! :)) and get your pay sorted out soon. Have you spoken to the bank again since they promised to refund you? Sometimes they do genuinely forget

Have a nice, lazy-ish couple of days off, and hope you feel better soon :)

    hiya folks
pretty average saturday here i suppose spend the day cleaning the garden pond and this evening will be ironing for the week ahead.
got my appointment with the psychiatrist so feeling really nervous about that dunno what to say at work, whether just to apply for an annual leave day or just say i have a hospital appointment or what. im not great with decisions just now to be honest. cant face going back to work tomorrow what a drag.
on a lighter note i took my change to the bank yesterday and i had £51 to pay in towards my save up to pay something off account. not kept up with the spending diary this week either so that must be a priority for next week i will have to list it in my goals for the week. fish face kindly invited me to join her weeble challenge as i really need the help and support to loose this weight and get a bit fitter but i havent replied as yet as like i said im not great with decisions just now.
i am hoping that i will feel more optomistic once i have this appointment with the psychiatrist over with or when work finally pays me my wages or when the flaming bank refunds my charges like they promised. neither wonder i am so depressed just now i cant bung any of my money into my accounts and see my debt amount comming down as i need it all to live on just now until everyone who owes me pays up.
well that will do for my rant for the day thanks for reading if anyone actually does.
by the way for anyone who is intersted i found a great thread on depression on the health board but im not clever enough to do a link so mosey on over there and have a read (it make me feel slightly better i can tell you)
    taarrrraaaa the now
catch up again tomorrow for the next entry in Mrs A's exciting life
    regards

Mrs. A, I just used to tell work that I had a standing appointment. If you get any problems, your GP should be able to write a conformation letter. But as far as I know, you don't have to tell them, I never did.
Hope it works for you :)

hi folks mrs a is back, lol
    an update so far
bank charges= no joy as yet they have missed the court date too.
pay at work,= should receive this tomorrow i have been assured by the secretary.
    depression =still very depressed
appointment with the psychiatrist= told work i had a hospital appointment but that was all, so far they have accepted this.
nothing else new with me going to rejoin weight watchers on wednesday night so scottish look for me there will pm you nearer the time. Decided not to join the weeble challenge on ff's diary to be honest i dont think i could cope with the added pressure must pm her to reply and thank her.
had the early shift at work today and it went well so maybe i will get the bike out later and go for a cycle as exercise is supposed to be beneficial to depression (well thats how my gp is selling the exercise to me). working a double shift tomorrow so that means i will get three days off this week so that will be a lovely change i just hope that i am going to be working with the nicer people tomorrow and that will make the day go in a bit quicker.
cant wait to check my bank account tomorrow when my promised pay goes in im going to look super well off but most of all im most looking forward to replacing the borrowed money from the savings account and getting my debt total down a little.
went to tesco on my way home from work this afternoon and i have decided to drop the grocery challenge for this month as i have had to restock on healthy foods and they are much more expensive than the foods that i normally buy but im hoping to balance this out by not buying junk food like sweets and crisps cos i normally buy loads of them. it was my sons wedding anninversay yesterday 2 years and i had been doing weight watchers to slim for his wedding and since then i have gained 3 stones so i am determined to get that off and hopefully a little more
well thats enough waffling for just now
    regards

    hi folks

well at work today i strained by back trying to dress a patient on a broken bed, the thing is the bed has been broken for about a fortnight and never been fixed so i am off work for the next week in agony been to my gp and received some strong painkillers so i didnt even finish my usual shift far less the double i was supposed to be doing, so i just got to rest up and take things easy.
guess what I GOT PAID TODAY but as im in agony i cant be bothered to sort out the money just yet will do it tomorrow or the day after depending on how im feeling.
gotta psyche myself up for going to weightwatchers tomorrow night, whilst at tesco yesterday i noticed herbal tablets that as supposed to be an aid to weight loss??? does anyone know if these tablets will help once i am on weight watchers or are they just rubbish and i should save my £3 that they cost.
thats all my news and i cant sit too long cos of my back
    laters

  • Hope that you completed accident form stating that the incapacity is due to broken bed that has not been repaired. If not do so at once.
