So i would not worry about understanding it or getting it, because you still wont understand or get it even if you did understand or get it......................if you understand or get what i mean:p:rotfl:
So you're saying that although you understand it, you don't get it? Its pointless understanding it cos we'll never get it, therefore its best to just not understand it and then we'll be no worse off cos we'll still not get it?
I think I don't understand, but I do get it2010 - year of the troll

As a result of this now being put into place, what are the consequences for claims management companies? are they no longer able to go down the route of elimination, or will they just become debt management?:idea:0

I wonder if anyone is able to advise me at the moment??? I've been following the unenforceable route for credit card debt for some time as I have some rather large debts to tackle. I had planned to write and request a copy of my agreement under a SAR to see whether any of them were unenforceable. Since first looking at this I can't find the original information I found on another forum as it has merged with yours and there seems to be doubt as to whether this is a route to even investigate.
All my debts fall within the guidance - pre Apr 07 and all over £2k. Credit card companies kept hiking up my limits without me requesting it and I have got into a mess.
Is it still worth asking for a copy of my agreement or should I wait for the next installment? I have signed up for the guide which is due but would really appreciate some clarification on next steps.
Many thanks

You dont CCA under SAR - you either send a CCA Request (£1) or a SAR (£10)....
