Under CMEC it'sChild
For child maintenance
purposes, a child is either:
under 16,orunder 19 and still in full-time
education up to A-level
(or equivalent).

Good point

So maybe what Shell has read has been for CSA rules as oppose to CMEC
So in the case of the OP - and actually another thread by an NRP (who name escapes me), then there can be no CS payable as the child is not in full time education.0 -

That's why I was hoping someone might just give them a call and clear it up for us :rotfl:A textphone is nothing to do with mobile SMS media, it is a phone product to assist those with hearing difficulties. as those at the RNID will tell you.
Which is why I offered the alternative to the OP, as she had commented that she couldn't use a regular phone due to being deaf. Thanks DUTR, but I do know what a textphone is. I've used them before in my job some years ago.

Twas you Rare...my apologies for not remembering your name:o
This scenario used to be very clear cut and now it seems to be a very grey area (I know, it's a first for the CSA eh?!!) which is why I would personally get it in writing what their decision is and should it come back to bite you on the bum, then you have the proof.0 -
