The prize is a £50 voucher valid at The Gingerman, The Ginger Pig & The Ginger Fox - restaurants in the Brighton & Hove area. The website makes it look like there's a separate prize draw for each restaurant, but they all take you to the same newsletter sign-up page eventually so it must just be one voucher valid at any of them.
